Marty Clark

President and CEO 

31 years and counting, current President and CEO, Marty Clark has been an unstoppable leader for SEA. Joining the company in 1988, Marty has worked his way up the company ladder in various positions while obtaining his BS in Accounting from Athens University. The experience of each position has led Marty to be a high performing senior executive, not only at SEA Wire and Cable, but in the Huntsville community. In 2019 Marty was nominated for the Russell G. Brown Executive Leadership Award and is a continued member of Vistage, the world’s largest executive coaching organization for small and midsize businesses. Marty has led SEA Wire and Cable to record breaking years all the while never forgetting the importance of raising his family and giving back to the community. 

Joe Denny

Chief Sales Officer

In 2011, SEA gained our Business Development leader, Joe Denny, who then went on to be our Chief Sales Officer joining our Executive Team. His 10 plus years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, and inventory management was a perfect fit for the vision of SEA. He holds a BBA International Business degree from Texas Wesleyan and his MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. His continued success in bringing the best customers to SEA proves to be an undeniable value to the organization. 

Chase Layton

Chief Operating Officer

Proof of SEA’s company growth and dedication to our employees, Chase Layton has held multiple positions throughout his years at SEA Wire and Cable. Holding a double major degree in Finance and Russian and an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from The University of Alabama, Chase has not only spent time showing his leadership skills through his work but also in his education. His hands-on experiences in the SEA warehouse, sales, and operation roles have made Chase a valuable member of the SEA Executive Team. 

Yvonne Thomas, SHRM-CP

Chief Human Resources Officer

A champion of culture, Yvonne has passionately practiced Human Resources for 40 years.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Athens State University and has been a certified Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) professional for 30 years.  Yvonne has HR experience in the hospitality, retail, construction, and manufacturing fields.  Yvonne has been an avid volunteer with SHRM serving as a Certification Instructor, VP, and President of a local SHRM chapter, and Volunteer Chairperson for the SHRM state conference.  Yvonne is currently the Director-Elect for the Alabama State Council of SHRM (ALSHRM).

William Thomas

Manager of Quality

Beginning his career with SEA in 1984, William has become our certified specialist in SEA Quality. As a graduate from Athens State with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technology, William has used his degree and experience to create and help maintain SEA quality systems. He continues to hold numerous quality certifications from Alabama Technology Network and University of Alabama Huntsville. William also holds membership with the Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE) and the National Electrical Manufactures Association (NEMA) organizations. With well standing memberships to the organizations, William is a voting member of NEMA 7HW task group and SAE AE-8D committee. Both groups specialize in reviewing and approving SAE/NEMA specs for the Aerospace industry. He is also a member Huntsville ASQ section 1503 and the Madison Optimist Club.

Regina Stinson

Order Management Manager

As a long-standing employee, Regina Stinson has held every front office position over her 32 years at SEA. In 2002 Regina took on the role as Order Management Manager. She is able to help new employees learn the roles of purchasing, accounting, and inventory control. Keeping a track on orders coming in and out of the warehouse, Regina works closely with every department. 

Bryan Brantner

IT Manager

Information Technology holds a strong responsibility for any company and at SEA working with leading government agencies we needed to ensure the safety of our team and our customers. Bryan Brantner grew up learning and loving the inner-workings of technology and quickly decided at a young age that it was the career path he needed to pursue. In 2005 Bryan joined SEA Wire and Cable, obtaining a Computer Information Systems degree, and he continues to grow in his desired career field.

Geal Jones

Customer Service Manager

With a BSBA from Athens State University and 25 years of experience, Geal Jones, has been a dedicated employee to every SEA customer since joining our team in 2010. She has held various positions throughout her career as product marketing, inside sales, and account management. Geal ensures the SEA Sales team is thoroughly trained and confident when speaking to our customers. 

Nick Meyer

Continuous Improvement Manager 

In 2013 SEA brought in a new Warehouse Manager, Nick Meyer. Holding a BSBA in Management from West Virginia University and MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Alabama, Nick was able to help redesign numerous processes for efficiency and error elimination. Over the course of 6 years, Nick was able to lead the Warehouse into a strong diverse part of the company. In 2019, Nick moved into a new SEA position of Continuous Improvement Manager to focus on areas such as our employee training development and customer relationship management. 

Eric George

Warehouse Manager

SEA Warehouse Manager has a huge responsibility to ensure the daily success of our company. Eric George has proven time and time again that he has the talent and dedication to fulfill the role. In just 4 years, Eric has moved from a Distribution Associate, Department Lead, and Assistant Warehouse Manager to Warehouse Manager, all while taking classes to obtain his BA in Supply Chain Logistics Management from Athens State. Eric is showing current and future Distribution Associates that hard work can lead to any position at SEA. 

Melissa Potter

Purchasing Manager

Serving from our Ft. Worth, Texas office, Melissa Potter has been an outstanding employee at SEA. Bringing a Bachelor of Business Admin from Texas Wesleyan University and over 12 years of purchasing experience in the aerospace wire and cable distribution industry in 2016 as our Senior Buyer. Melissa accepted our Purchasing Manager position in January 2019 to facilitate our growth and lead employees in each SEA office.
