Madison, Alabama – May 25, 2026 – SEA Wire and Cable, a global distributor of aerospace, defense, and industrial wire and cable solutions, today announced the acquisition of Avio Connect, a Netherlands-based distributor serving the European aerospace and industrial connectivity markets.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone in SEA’s international growth strategy and establishes a stronger operational presence within the European Union. Through the addition of Avio Connect, SEA will expand its ability to provide localized support, enhanced inventory access, and responsive supply chain solutions to customers throughout Europe, Ukraine and Turkey.
In conjunction with the acquisition, the company also announced plans to transition the Avio Connect brand identity to SEA Connectivity in the near future – a move designed to better reflect the organization’s expanding global capabilities and long-term strategic direction.
